If I were to be a teacher when I am older, my least favorite task would be to prepare the students for standardized tests required by the state. I would not want to do that, because I as a student personally hate doing them. I could assume that my students would not like to do them either.
I agree with Mitch Albom's words in this article. The student is not going to be accepted, win or get everything she wants in life. I think she should have accepted the fact that she was denied rather then making a big deal out of it. I agree with John Tapene's words, many teenagers now a days are lazy and some are too dependable on others. I definitely agree that if teenagers want something it is up to themselves to go and get it. As a whole I do not believe teenagers are leaving a positive stamp on the world. Teenagers are too caught up with technology and are not doing much to help others. |
