Large amounts of stress can have a negative impact on your body and on your health. Knowing how to deal with stress is very important. Two ways I have learned how to deal with stress is making a to do list and having an outlet such as exercising. Writing down all of the things I have to do helps me to stay organized and reminds me to stay on task. Exercising helps me to take my mind off of things and release all of the negative energy/ stress that I have.
